Масла, которые вызывают чёрные точки, воспаления, неровность кожи.
Когда меня спрашивают, как я отношусь к маслам, то обычно говорю: «отлично, если не на лицо». Ведь в косметологии столько различных средств, которыми можно увлажнять, питать, восстанавливать и лечить без риска для кожи. Зачем бросать монетку и надеяться, что ваше лицо хорошо отреагирует даже на «безобидное» масло?!
Существует специальная классификация комедогенности масел. От 0 (не закупоривают кожу) до 5 (вызывают воспаления).
- Аргановое масло(0) - чтобы вы совсем не выкинули масла из своей жизни, добавлю в пост и безопасные масла, все относительно, конечно, но все же...Масло с регенерирующим свойством, которое не только не вызывает воспаление, но и лечит его. Богато витаминами (Вит.Е - витамин молодости и красоты; вит.А; омега 9 и 6). Не для ежедневного использования.
- Масло Ши (0-2) - разрешается нанесение в холодное время года очень тонким слоем! Оно образует пленочку на лице, защищает кожу от непогоды. В жаркую погоду не используем.
- Масло Жожоба (2) - наносить можно на проблемные участки: потрескавшиеся губы, шелушение, так же можно использовать как маску (15 минут держим и смываем).
- Миндальное масло (2) - можно добавлять пару капель в крем или маски.
- Масло макадамии (3) - можно добавлять пару капель в крем или маски. Но как самостоятельно средство
- Кокосовое масло(4) - самое любимое, самое вкусное и оно же самое вредное для нашей кожи лица! Это масло настолько любят девочки, что готовы использовать везде и всегда. Но давайте лицо, шею, грудь и верхнюю часть спины не будем поливать кокосиком,(особенно в жару)! (Можно в еду, на волосы). Но если вам прям очень хочется измазаться кокосом, то берите для тела рафинированное масло.
- Масло зародышей пшеницы (5) - самое тяжелое масло. Не думаю, что оно у вас на слуху и вы хотели бы им пользоваться. Полезно принимать внутрь (по показаниям), но не на кожу.
ИТОГ:
▫️масла на кожу лица не наносим, если ваша кожа склонна к комедонам.
▫️(0-1) масла наносить можно в холодную погоду или как маску(0-3). Если у вас сухая кожа.
▫️кокосовое масло лучше кушать и наносить на волосы, на тело
▫️все масла можно добавить в ваш домашний крем (пару капель), чтобы сделать его более питательным.
